Recovree, together with any and all present or future affiliate or related entities, are referred to as "Recovree," “App/Service Operator,” “Us,” or "We" in this document. “You” or similar terms means you, the specific person using this App/Service, as well as any other person or entity on whose behalf you are using this App/Service as well as any other person or entity who has rights through you.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our App/Service, including information:

Pages of our the App/Service and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Recovree, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related App/Service statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).
We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
How We Use Your Information; Data Processing
We use and process information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
To present our App/Service and its contents to you.
To facilitate and support your interaction with your peer specialist.
To support Medicaid, insurance, private practice and coaching billing services.
To process and provide any subscription or order from you for items offered through this App/Service.
To provide you with information or other items that you request from us.
To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights and protect our interests and those of third parties.
To comply with applicable law including any applicable reporting requirements to government or third party insurance entities.
To notify you about changes to our App/Service or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
To allow you to participate in any interactive features on or related to our App/Service.
In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
For any other purpose with your consent.

Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
To our subsidiaries and affiliates, if any.
To your peer specialist.
To government entities such as Medicare or Medicaid, and/or an insurance entity, if applicable to your use of Recovree’s App/Service.
To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. For example, we use a third party hosting service to power this App.
Similarly, if you make a payment through the App/Service we make use of a third party payment processor to receive payment as well as a third party shipping vendor to send your purchase to you.
To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, court-ordered transfer or reorganization, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Recovree’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of a legal proceeding in which personal information held by Recovree about our App/Service users is among the assets transferred.
To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of these disclosures.
To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
With your consent.

To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
To access, correct, update or delete your personal information, click on “Profile and Account” on the homepage of the app. Alternatively, you may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us, except that we may be required to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes.
Communication Opt Out Choices
As required by law, if we send you out-of-app communications, such as an email or text, we will provide an opt-out mechanism within the message, if you do not wish to receive similar communications.
Do Not Track Disclosure
This App/Service does not monitor for or behave differently if your computer transmits a “do not track” or similar beacon or message.

Children Under the Age of 13
Our App/Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide personal information to or on the App/Service. We do not request any information regarding our users’ age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our App/Service that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Servers Located in United States
We are an entity located in the United States, and the servers and other technology supporting the operations of this App/Service are located in the United States. The App/Services is intended exclusively for a U.S. audience and users. If you submit any personal information to this App/Service (for example, if you provide your email in order to sign up for an email newsletter) you understand that you are voluntarily consenting to the transmission of such information to an organization in the United States and your information will be stored and processed in the United States. We agree only to be subject to applicable U.S. laws and not to the laws of any other country or region.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App/Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
