What services does Recovree offer?

Our mission is to help people find and maintain recovery from substance use disorder through peer relationships. Recovree provides software and services to support the health and wellness of employees, including on-demand access to recovery coaches with lived-experience, comprehensive chemical health assessments and incident response planning. The software that our recovery coaches use to support employees is also available to treatment programs that employ their own recovery coaches or Peer Recovery Support Specialists.

How are Recovree Coaching Services different than my current EAP (Employee Assistance Program)?

Recovree Coaching Services are available when your employees need it most. We connect employees to a recovery coach within 24 hours of asking for help. Most EAPs begin with a telephone hotline that will triage your call and connect you with a provider that is within network. It can often take weeks to schedule a meeting and/or assessment to determine the level of care needed for the individual, and even more time to access a treatment program. With our coaches, employees can begin working with someone the next day after making contact.


Why am I not getting any reminder notifications to do my daily reflection?

We send out a push notification reminder every day at 7:00 PM CST/CDT. Push notifications need to be enabled for the Recovree app. If you’re not receiving these notifications then it’s likely that they are disabled.

Enable on iOS: You can turn on notifications by going to Settings -> Notifications -> Recovree on your phone. Make sure the “Allow Notifications” toggle is enabled (it should be green when enabled). Also, make sure at least one of the “Alerts” is also enabled so that they show up.

Enable on Android: You can turn on notifications on by going to Settings -> Apps (or Applications) -> Recovree -> Notifications. Make sure the “Block All” setting is turned off.

Who uses the Peer Specialist Software?

Recovree created software to meet the needs and experiences of Peer Recovery Support Specialists. Peer specialists use our software as a workflow management tool to track hours and log notes. In addition, the software serves as a key engagement tool for the people they serve. The peer specialist is able to review daily reflections from the person served through their own peer specialist portal. Our recovery coaches use Recovree’s software in working with employees and we sell the software to other organizations that employ peer specialists such as recovery community organizations, treatment programs and drug courts.

How much does the Recovree software cost?

The peer specialist portal has a monthly fee of $10 per person served and there is a one time set-up fee of $100 per peer specialist. The Recovree app is FREE for the person served.
