Narcan Training Event

On December 6th we had the privilege of hosting a Narcan Training Event at the Glen Nelson Center. The training was presented by the Steve Rummler HOPE Network and was attended by local business and community members. Every day, more than 115 people in the United States die after overdosing on opioids, including prescription pain pills, heroin, fentanyl, and fentanyl analogs. During 2017 alone, there were over 47,000 fatal overdoses involving opioids, that is roughly 1 every 11 minutes.
